Furniture painting workshop - dates to follow

In this workshop you will learn how to breathe new life into an otherwise unloved piece of furniture using chalk paints. Chalk paints can be used directly on to wood, metal, and plastic. You do not need to pre-sand any wood unless the surface is very uneven. We will supply the paints, brushes, wax and other tools needed – all we need from you is your choice of object to transform. Please also bring some old newspaper or a dust sheet for your work space, and a hair dryer is a must to speed up paint drying time.
Ideal for this workshop: picture frames, a mirror, a small occasional table, a stool, a small coffee table, small set of shelves, a bedside table. You will not have enough time to finish anything too big.
