Welcome to Mols & Tati-Lois. Our philosophy is to spread a little bit of magic to all your homes. Our products should make you smile and it should be a pleasure doing business with us. We hope this is the experience you will have. If not then please let us know. 

1: ORDERS

To place an order, please use our online store (click on Products) or contact us.

 

Most items are made to order so will take between 4–6 weeks to reach you. Please read details carefully on individual product entries for exact terms. 

 

2: SHIPPING

We ship via Royal Mail. The rates listed on each item entry are for second class unsigned for. If you would like any other service please contact us and we will find out additional costs and let you know. 

 

Prices quoted include packaging and posting to the UK only. If you would like delivery anywhere else in the world, please contact us and will will provide a personalised quote service. 

 

We are happy to gift-wrap and ship your items to a different address. Please contact us to arrange this service, which is priced individually according to your requirements. 

3: PAYMENT

Full payment must be made and received either via PayPal or by cheque before a product is sent to you. You can cancel an order within 24 hours (please see

4. Returns below). 

 

4: RETURNS

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been commissioned and made or altered to your specific requirements. 

 

Returns of any pre-made items bought from us will only be accepted in the event that the product is damaged or faulty, and we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item. For products shipped to you, date of receipt will be assumed to be the estimated date of arrival according to the shipping method, unless you have notified us of a delay in your product's arrival in advance of requesting a return.
